Habbo Origins Roadmap

Habbo Origins have announced a few proposed changes they plan to make

to the game to improve player retention and reward gameplay.

These changes will still be tried through the info bus polls we are all used to by now,

 in true Origins fashion to ensure they are wanted by the majority of players.

These updates will take presidency over the pending launch of snowstorm

as the team believes these changes will pave the way for players and give them a reason to play.

Frustratingly for the team, efforts to reward players with credits in an accessible way has resulted in players creating alternative accounts and other way-around's to cheat the system. This is unfair to other plays and is for the most part, beyond the team's control.

Alternatively, the team are looking at bringing an earnable currency to the game. 

The team are conscious that not every area of gameplay appeals to all players and so they are aware that daily tasks are not for everyone.

However it is believed that if they are launched in the following short, engaging ways then they will make as a fun addition to the game for those that want them

Two of these five tasks are proposed as being exclusive to HC members and each task will earn the same fixed reward in earnable currency

Habbo Origins intends on offering several customisation options to players to spend their earnable currency on, the first being Info Stands

With the launch of a brand new editor, players will be able to see what they have currently unlocked through gameplay and play around with the customisation options, previewing how their info stand will appear to others. The customisation options that the team have planned are as follows:

Habbo Origins is committed to releasing clothing that match the desired look and feel of Origins, therefore the above illustration is not a true or complete reflection of how new clothing options will transpire.

Earn of purchase stickers using earnable currency to display in your avatars Sticker Book for other players to view

This was a feature of 'Habbo Homes' that has been heavily requested as a comeback

Room Layouts will NOT be following Habbo in being completely customisable with floor plan editors

Instead, new options will be released and be available to purchase using earnable currency to bring some newness to the game

As mentioned previously, Snow Storm has been postponed until the team can dedicate enough time to make it enjoyable and worthwhile to players

There are however some fixes/planned changes coming to Battleball
