You must guide your habbo across the board while collecting the food items shown below. Click on the arrow tiles to change their direction, after collecting all the selected food items, you must make your way to the ringplate on the other side.

Once that is completed, you will automatically receive your badge.

bit of a pain but a good tip is to create the path first whilst being stuck at the start
